Core infrastructure is hosted in the EU. Some service providers we use — for billing, transactional email, and AI processing — operate in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. We comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

We may use third-party service providers to help operate our platform. These providers may access personal information only as needed to perform their functions and cannot use it for other purposes.

Advertising measurement

To measure whether our advertising works, we share a small amount of information with the platforms we advertise on when you submit a form: your email address as a one-way hash (not the address itself), your IP address, and your browser type. The platform matches this against its own records and reports the result back to us as a count. We rely on our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising. The platforms we currently use are listed on our Data Processing page.

This happens on our server when you submit, separate from the cookie banner. To be excluded, email privacy@bonnard.ai and we will exclude you and delete any existing record. You can also email us instead of using a form, and nothing is shared.

Verification Process: To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity by matching the email address you provide with the email address in our records.

Response Time: We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will notify you.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization.
